What Massage is right for me?

Sports Massage

First Session including  15 min consultation 60 min – £45

60 Min Session – £45 (multiple area focus)

30 Min Session – £30 (one area focus)

Deep Tissue Massage

Deep Tissue Massage focuses on the deeper layers of muscle tissue, to release tension.  Using slow, deep strokes to target inner layers of your muscles and connective tissues.  

Allowing you to feel more relaxed and feeling less stressed. 

 

Full Body 60 Min Session – £45

Back Neck and Shoulders – 30 Min Session – £30

 

Myofascial Dry Cupping

Myofascial Dry Cupping is a soft tissue therapy that involves the application of decompressed cups on the skin, creating a vacuum effect that lifts up underlying tissues such as the fascia and muscles, blood and other fluid, close to the surface of the skin.  The increased circulation will reduce tension and spasms in the muscles and increase range of motion, and will help promote better blood flow

The cups will draw any stagnant blood up to the surface to allow for increased blood flow to the area, promoting the bodies self healing process.

Please note this treatment will leave circular marks on the skin which can last a day up to 21 days.

Relaxation Massage

Exactly what it says on the tin. This Relaxing Massage aims to help you unwind and get rid on any unwanted tension, which can be brought on by stress and physical activity.  Using long gliding strokes to relax your muscles and your mind

I visited Mel, for a back, neck and shoulder massage. From the moment I entered, Mel made me feel at ease. The ambiance of the beautiful scent and calming music made me feel very relaxed. The massage was incredible and being a nurse and mother to a two year old takes its toll. Mel's incredible skills and attention to detail throughout the massage, for example focusing on the particular muscles I use when carrying my child or at work. In addition to this, she used a deep tissue technique in places which alleviated so much of the tension and pressure I carried in my neck, back and shoulders. Mel was kind and reassuring and I felt so relaxed and regenerated after my appointment.
