What is Zumba Fitness

Zumba is an exercise fitness program which is a total workout combining all elements of fitness, cardio, muscle conditioning, balance and flexibility to Latin and International music. 

Zumba incorporates a variety of dance styles; Salsa, Merengue, Cumbia, Reggaeton, Soco, Tango etc…

You can burn up to 600 calories per class, depending on how you exert yourself.  You will build Cardio Strength and Tone muscles.  Mentally, you will relieve stress, stimulate your brain by learning coordination and new steps, plus it makes you smile and sweat at the same time.


Zumba Toning

When it comes to body sculpting, Zumba Toning raises the bar.  It combines targeted body-sculpting exercises and high energy cardio work with Latin- Infused Zumba moves to create a calorie torching, strength-training dance fitness party


Zumba Gold

Zumba Gold has all the elements and fun of a regular Zumba Class, however it is designed to target a range of Movement, Balance and Increase Flexibility and Coordination.
